How the GlucoPlot Coach Works: A Brief, One Focus a Week, and What It Knows

The Coach opens with what it noticed, why it matters and one thing to try. Pick a single habit for the week, tell it what it should know about you, and ask follow-up questions.

A chat box that waits for you to think of a question isn't much of a coach. GlucoPlot's Coach speaks first — from your own logs — and then keeps you to one small thing at a time.

Getting the most from it

1

Read the brief

The Coach tab opens with three short parts: what it noticed, why that matters, and one thing to try. Small chips underneath show what the brief was based on — yesterday's meals, your water, your steps — so you can see it isn't guessing.

2

Choose one focus for the week

You are offered three, drawn from your own last week: protein at breakfast, fibre, three logged meals, water, steps, an earlier dinner, moving every day, twelve hours overnight, one calm minute a day. Seven dots fill in as the week goes. The rule each focus is judged by is written on the card, and a day the app can't judge — no breakfast logged, no step data — is never counted against you.

3

Tell it what it should know

Under Your coach you can add your goals, routine and food preferences — “vegetarian”, “night shifts”, “training for a 10k”. The list stays on your phone, you can edit or erase it, and nothing is added without your tap.

4

Ask the follow-up

Open a conversation from the brief, or from any meal with Ask your coach about this meal. It arrives knowing what you came from, suggests what to ask next, and shows what each answer was based on.

What the Coach won't do

It talks about the everyday side: meals, habits, and the patterns in your week. Ask it something medical — a symptom, a medication, a result — and it will tell you, kindly, that that one is for your doctor. That isn't a limitation we're working on; it is the design.

Free and Standard

The brief built from rules on your own phone is free, as is everything it points you to. The AI-written brief, the weekly review and the conversation are part of Standard. When the AI is having a day off, the app says so plainly and everything else keeps working.
